I bought this from wavespas and, umm, the air jets just aren’t very strong. It does bubble a little, but it doesn’t really feel like a proper massage or anything close to that. For the price, I expected way more pressure. After going through the whole setup, I’m disappointed and kind of wish I’d chosen something else.

"I expected my Wave spa to take..."
I expected my Wave spa to take forever to heat up and was already kind of annoyed waiting on it… but then it warmed up much quicker than I thought. Total mood change after that. It heated steadily, and once the cover was on it stayed really nice. I’ve used it on a few cold evenings now and haven’t had any problems. Happy with it so far...

The spa itself is fine, no major complaints there, but the customer service side was frustrating because I had a question about my order and ended up having to follow up more than once, and then when they finally got back to me the reply was really brief and didn’t fully answer what I’d asked, so it just dragged the whole thing out and made it feel way more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

"Warranty help was surprisingly easy"
I had a warranty issue with mine and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, since that’s usually how these things go. My brother had mentioned they were decent to deal with, and he was right. They sorted it out quickly with no messing around, so I was happy enough with the whole experience

"Works fine, but the noise and support confusion are frustrating"
It works okay overall, but the pump noise gets annoying after a while. What makes it more frustrating is that it’s not really clear who’s supposed to take ownership when there’s an issue. I wasn’t sure if I should be dealing with the seller, the manufacturer, or someone else, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be.

"I was hoping this would be…"
I was hoping this would be useful for everyday use, but it kind of works when it wants to. On top of that, my electric bill jumped after using it regularly, so it doesn’t really feel worth running daily.

I ordered a few spa accessories from Wave Spas and, umm, they’ve been decent so far. The cover and filters both feel good quality and fit just fine. Delivery was okay too, no real issues there. The only thing I noticed was one small clip felt a bit cheap, but it still works, so not a big deal. Overall I’m happy enough with it and would probably buy from them again...

"Arrived in great shape"
Ordered from Wave Spas and, at least from what I could tell, the packaging was really solid. The box showed up in good condition with no dents, damp corners, or anything obvious like that. Inside, everything seemed packed in tightly with plenty of protection around the parts, so nothing looked like it had shifted much during delivery. I’m always a bit wary when bigger items are shipped, but in my case it all arrived as it should. Simple and hassle-free...

"Had a leak, but support handled it really quickly"
I did run into an annoying leak, which was frustrating at first because it’s one of those problems you don’t really expect and then suddenly you’re dealing with it. I reached out to support, explained what was going on, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They walked me through the next steps, got it sorted out, and didn’t make the process feel like a hassle. So while the leak itself was definitely not ideal, the support experience made up for it a lot.

The spa cover is okay overall. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels a little thinner than I was expecting, haha. The fit is mostly fine, though the corners don’t sit perfectly. After a few weeks, it still looks decent. Not bad, just not amazing for the price.

I tried this hoping it would help with the cloudy water, but it didn’t do much. The filter barely seemed to catch anything, and that whole thing just kind of stayed murky. Maybe it works better in a different setup, but for me it was disappointing...

I ordered from wavespas and the spa itself is okay, but the delivery took longer than they originally said. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I felt like I was just guessing when it would actually turn up, if that makes sense. Overall the product is fine, but the waiting around was annoying

"Better than I expected for the price"
I bought a spa from Wave it’s better quality than I was expecting. From the tone of the reviews and the way it was described, I assumed it would be decent, but the material actually feels sturdy and it keeps the heat in well. I’m knocking off one star because the cover feels a little on the thin side, but overall I’m happy with it

"Works Fine, Just Don’t Expect Too Much"
The pump works fine most days, so I guess that’s something. But once the heat and bubbles are running, it definitely feels a little weak. It’s not terrible by any means, I just kind of expected a bit more power for the price. Silly me, I suppose.

I ordered from wavespas.com the whole process went smoothly. Delivery showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The spa feels great so far, and I only had one small question, but support got back to me fast. Overall, I’m kinda really happy with how it all turned out.

My Wave spa showed up and, to be honest, I was expecting the setup to be a bit of a hassle, but it really wasn’t. The instructions were clear enough that I wasn’t second-guessing every step, and I had it filling up sooner than I thought. No special tools, no annoying surprises, which already put me in a good mood. It does take a while to heat up, but that feels normal for something like this. Overall, it’s been a solid experience so far and I’m happy with the purchase.

I wasn’t expecting too much for the price, but it’s been great so far. Setup was straightforward, it heats up well, and it feels sturdy enough once it’s all up and running. I looked at a few other hot tubs before buying, but Wave was so much cheaper and still seemed like it would do the job, so I decided to trust my instinct. Really happy with what I paid for it.

"Return worked out, but it took some back and forth"
I had to return a spa cover because it didn’t fit right. I can’t remember exactly when I started the return, maybe earlier that week or the week before, but the form itself was simple to fill out. The slow part was waiting on replies, since each one took a couple days, and I did have to follow up once. The refund did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the return instructions had been a bit clearer from the beginning
